Debra was born with an artistic flare. She has studied all forms of crafts, Art, and performing art throughout her life time, and continues to learn new skills as often as she can. She loves children, which has made her last 2 years of teaching art at Express Yourself Studios a pleasure. Debra taught Art at the Michaels store, in Lynnwood, for 4 years before moving to Snohomish. She has 3 children whom she is very proud of. They have all excelled in the performing arts. She has also volunteered to teach art at the elementary school her children attended for the past 12 years. This has especially benefited her Youngest who has developed an artistic flare all of her own.
Over the passed 10 years Debra has been the Director of the Drama at CGS in Lynnwood, along with leading the Children's music and directing the Sunday School program. She has also been part of the Choir and sang on the Praise Team. She has also helped with local community theatre productions
Debra is a Certified Kindermusik instructor and she believes in the importance of bringing music into the lives of children from the very earliest age.
She is looking forward to her new endeavors: developing the art program for Applause Studio, continuing to develop this website, and teaching her Kindermusik & art classes.
